We deliver to all UK addresses including the channel islands and BFPO. We also deliver to all countries within the European Union and the United States of America and Canada. Please contact us prior to placing your order if your destination is not covered by the above.

Before you place your order you will be given a guaranteed delivery date (UK only). In the unlikely event that your order will be delayed for any reason, we will inform you immediately and offer either an alternative product, if appropriate, or a refund in full.

For UK customers We offer a choice of two shipping options. When you place your order you will be able to select either standard or priority shipping.

Our standard delivery option comes with an expected delivery date*.

Our priority delivery option** is perfect if you require your order that little bit quicker and comes with a fully guaranteed delivery date.

* - Over the last 12 months, 95% of all orders using our standard delivery method arrived on or before the expected date. As you can see it’s almost as good as a guaranteed service however if you absolutely must receive your order on a certain day we recommend you choose our priority service instead. If you choose our standard delivery service and are within the UK, your order will be dispatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or 72 hour courier depending on your order value.

If you choose our priority delivery service and are within the UK, your order will be dispatched by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour courier, again depending on your order value.

Regardless of which method you choose, your delivery is fully insured for your complete peace of mind.

Orders outside the UK but within the European Union are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Orders from the USA or Canada are dispatched via Express Recorded Airmail and typically arrive within 10 to 12 working days.

We can also dispatch via a number of alternative courier services such as DHL/UPS/Parcelforce etc at your request. Please contact us prior to placing your order for further details.
